Lizzie Rush is an up-and-coming journalist from Grand Island, Nebraska. She is currently in her second year at Hutchinson Community College, where she will graduate with her Associate’s in Journalism in May of 2026. Rush is the 2025-2026 Editor in Chief of the Hutchinson Collegian. She hopes to work her way up to a Master’s degree in Journalism and to one day become a producer for a live news station.
Rush created this website as a way to display her digital portfolio and get her work out there. She is willing to do freelance, part-time, remote, or on-site work in many different areas of journalism.
